Italian restaurant located inside the Cosmopolitan hotel - be sure to ask for the veg menu; all vegan items are marked with an asterisk!

We tried the chestnut soup (no pic), beet salad (no pic), fingerling potatoes with an eggplant sauce, roasted cauliflower and a lentil/tomato stew. Everything tasted very fresh. Was a little disappointed that they didn't have a single vegan pasta dish (all their pasta was made with egg) but overall a great meal. The lentil dish was by far my fave.

Tempeh Reuben & BBQ Tempeh Panini

Wow this place rocks. So many veg choices. On this trip I had the breaded veg chicken + BBQ sauce + the works (lettuce, tomato, pickles, peppers)
Chips are perfect spicy
Lemonade was ok - little too sweet for me.

Zachary's finally added Daiya cheese to their menu!!

Amazing meal at Bebop last week (after our visit to the dentist). Veg items are clearly marked on the menu.

We ordered potato pancakes, side of noodles and bi bim bop with six grains (you can also choose white or brown rice). For starter they brought us pumpkin soup. All you can drink hot tea (toasted rice and green tea) plus some pickled veggie sides and spicy sauce.

Simply delicious!!
